Returns & Exchanges

We strive for complete satisfaction with our chipboard boxes and folding cartons; however, if your order does not meet your requirements, you may return unused stock items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed or bespoke-sized packaging solutions are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  • 2.
    Pack Securely

    Place the unused cartons in their original protective packaging to prevent bending or moisture damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping container and send the package via a trackable carrier to our returns department.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned boxes, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
